All our guests, either staying in the guest-house or on the campsite, are given the opportunity to use several common facilities in the 1st floor of the guest-house. The 1st floor of the building is also suitable for the disabled and is easily accessible by a wheelchair-ramp.

- Cosy dining-room/lounge with a tea-kitchen
- House-library in the lounge: magazines, paperbacks, travel-literature and books about the geography, na-ture and the history of northern Norway
- Leisure-games and play-cards
- Laundry: washing-machine, dryer, sink, drying-lines, ironing-board and iron
- Reception: sale of postcards, stamps, maps and souvenirs
- Tourist-information: inquiries about local sights and activities, information about accommodation and public transport, distribution of local and regional tourist-brochures
- Weather-information: daily updated local weather-forecast
- The hosts speak Norwegian, German and English, or Norwegian, Finish and English
